BilletsMontreal (billetsmontreal.com) is a Montreal-based marketplace for buying and selling event tickets, operated by an individual based in Quebec, Canada. By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Listings display the full, all-in price. What you see at checkout is the price you pay, with no hidden fees added afterward. All sales are final once a purchase is confirmed, except where a listed ticket cannot be delivered as described, in which case a refund will be issued.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring listed tickets are genuine, valid for entry, and accurately described (event, date, section, row, and seat numbers). Listing a ticket that has already been sold, transferred, or invalidated elsewhere is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the platform.
Payment methods currently supported are outlined at checkout. BilletsMontreal is not a bank or payment processor; funds are handled through the methods explicitly offered at the time of your transaction.
Users may not: list fraudulent or counterfeit tickets, misrepresent seat location or event details, attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
BilletsMontreal facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers but is not the organizer of any listed event. We are not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by the venue, team, or promoter.
